Basic Life Support
This half-day assessed course is designed for workplace first aiders and anyone seeking essential basic life support skills.

By the end of this course, you will have the confidence to:
Provide basic life support, including CPR and defibrillation
Manage a foreign body airway obstruction
Manage a life-threatening bleed, including when to use an arterial tourniquet
Manage a person in shock

DRSABCD
CPR (adult, child, infant)
Defibrillator (AED) use
Choking (adult, child, infant)

Work Safe First Aid | Level 1
This 1-day assessed course is ideal for workplace first aiders and anyone interested in gaining essential first aid skills for everyday situations.
Meets the minimum qualification for a workplace first-aider
