CORE Immediate Course
The CORE Immediate Certification equips rescuers with essential skills and knowledge for effectively managing medical emergencies in their early stages. This course is designed for individuals who may be called upon to respond to critical situations, such as cardiac arrest or life-threatening anaphylaxis. Participants will gain the foundational expertise needed to act swiftly and competently, providing immediate care in high-pressure, life-threatening scenarios.
This 6-hour assessed course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of key life-saving techniques.
The course will cover:
Basic Life Support (BLS) for adult, child, and infant collapse.
Advanced Airway Adjuncts, including the sizing and insertion of oropharyngeal and laryngeal mask airways.
Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for cardiac emergencies.
One- and Two-Person Bag-Valve Mask Ventilation and the mouth-to-mask technique for effective respiratory support.
Administration of Supplemental Oxygen to enhance patient care.
Foreign Body Airway Obstruction Management to clear blocked airways.
Anaphylaxis Management, including the prompt recognition and treatment of severe allergic reactions.
This hands-on, practical course ensures that participants are equipped with the vital skills needed to respond confidently and effectively in medical emergencies.
