Need a Copy of Your Certification? We’re Here to Help!
For all NZRC CORE Courses, certificates are issued with a unique ID number specific to each candidate. Because of this, we’re unable to reissue these certificates. It’s important that recipients keep a digital copy for their records and future reference.
However, if you've misplaced your CORE certificate, don’t worry! To support your compliance with Annual Practising Certificate (APC) requirements, we’re happy to provide a certified letter of attendance and confirmation of your achievement.
If your certification was awarded directly by Resuscitation Matters, we can reissue the certificate for you.

Please note there will be a $25 admin charge for Letters of Confirmation and Replacement Certificates. This will be invoiced to you separately.
